At House Painting of Colorado it is our goal to answer any and all of your questions while we review the painting job together.  After we walk through the work to be done we create a personalized, detailed estimate of the painting work to be done.  In the painting proposal we outline the scope of work to be done, the brand and type of paint to be used on each area, specific pricing for each piece of the project, as well as any special notes of concern from the customer to our painting crew.

Our painting estimators will also perform a lead test on your home at the time of the estimate for free.  Many older homes in Colorado have lead paint on them, and it is imperative that special safety precautions are taken.  We are lead certified by the EPA and are fully qualified to prep and paint your home.
